Coarse sea salt, brown sugar, multi-colored peppercorns, orange peel, garlic flakes, toasted minced onion, rosemary, allspice berries, juniper berries, thyme, basil, oregano, sage & bay leaves


1. Mix entire jar with 1 gal. of hot water & let cool.

2. Put bird & brine mix into large container/bag.

3. Add additional water or broth to cover entire bird.

4. Chill for 12-24 hours.

5. Rinse and pat dry before roasting.
