Just in Time for the Holidays: It's Brine Time!

We’re happy to announce our new product, Brine Time.

Brine Time is a dry herb seasoning that you mix with water to brine your turkey into amazing.

Brining has a long tradition, but most people just try to make their own brine mix. Brine Time takes the guesswork out of the types and amounts of herbs to use.

By using only quality all-natural, American-made ingredients that are gluten free and without MSG, this brine mix rises above all the others.

The ingredients have been hand-selected and mixed in small batches to ensure perfection every time.

  • Brown sugar adds a hint of molasses. Many mixes only add white sugar giving you sweetness without the earthiness that brown sugar delivers.
  • Peppercorns for a punch. Every meal needs a little extra oomph to make it perfect.
  • Orange peel to lighten the taste buds. The freshness of orange peel will add a pop of citrus to the bird.
  • Juniper adds a slight hint of earthy bite without overpowering. Most people never cook with juniper - they’re missing out!
